Requirements
- 3-5 years shipping production full-stack code: front-end (React, Vue, JavaScript) and back-end (Node.js or Python).
- Demonstrable proficiency building RESTful APIs, managing databases (SQL and NoSQL), and working with cloud infrastructure.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, Git, testing practices, and SOLID design principles.
- Experience shipping end-to-end features in teams while balancing speed with code quality.
- Can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and document decisions for other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Ship production-grade backend APIs and services handling real user traffic with measurable uptime SLAs.
- Design secure, testable code across full stack using modern development principles and testing rigor.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines, authentication systems, and integrations for critical performance paths.
- Establish reusable component patterns and code standards while mentoring junior developers on implementation.
- Own infrastructure setup, deployment pipelines, and production monitoring to catch issues before users do.
- Identify technical debt and inefficiencies, then propose multi-sprint improvements with clear business impact.
