Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7–10+ years of QA experience, with deep expertise in automation.
- Proven track record of building and scaling QA automation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills (JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with modern automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
- Strong experience with API testing and automation.
- Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Solid understanding of databases and data validation (MySQL, Snowflake is a plus).
- Strong system thinking and ability to design scalable testing architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own Atrium’s QA automation strategy and execution.
- Design and implement robust testing frameworks.
- Introduce AI-driven testing practices.
- Drive the transition from manual QA to a highly automated, intelligent testing ecosystem.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
- Architect and implement end-to-end automation frameworks (UI, API, integration).
- Drive adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing practices.
- Lead the introduction of AI-driven testing capabilities, including intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and risk-based and predictive test coverage.
- Evaluate, select, and standardize on modern QA tools and frameworks.
- Build and integrate continuous testing pipelines within CI/CD workflows.
- Establish quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness standards.
- Collaborate closely with QA and engineering teams to improve testability, observability, and code quality.
