Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10+ years of QA experience, with deep expertise in automation.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling QA automation frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills (JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with modern automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
  • Strong experience with API testing and automation.
  • Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of databases and data validation (MySQL, Snowflake is a plus).
  • Strong system thinking and ability to design scalable testing architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own Atrium’s QA automation strategy and execution.
  • Design and implement robust testing frameworks.
  • Introduce AI-driven testing practices.
  • Drive the transition from manual QA to a highly automated, intelligent testing ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end automation frameworks (UI, API, integration).
  • Drive adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing practices.
  • Lead the introduction of AI-driven testing capabilities, including intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and risk-based and predictive test coverage.
  • Evaluate, select, and standardize on modern QA tools and frameworks.
  • Build and integrate continuous testing pipelines within CI/CD workflows.
  • Establish quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness standards.
  • Collaborate closely with QA and engineering teams to improve testability, observability, and code quality.
