Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong backend development expertise (e.g., Scala, Java, Ruby, or C#)
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Modern frontend frameworks such as React
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products in production environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and agent-based development workflows
- Strong system design skills with the ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutions
- Ability to balance AI-assisted development with traditional coding approaches effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfort working in remote, asynchronous teams
- Experience or strong interest in building internal developer tools, AI workflows, or automation systems
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure
- Own the full lifecycle of features, from concept and design to deployment and optimization
- Develop intuitive and high-performance frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and system improvements
- Design and implement internal tooling, automation workflows, and agent-based development systems
- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and AI-driven pipelines
- Contribute to defining best practices for AI-native software development and engineering workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally in an asynchronous environment and eventually mentor or lead a small engineering team
