Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communication
- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, responsive design, and design systems
- Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and marketing-driven web layouts
- Understanding of developer handoff processes, including asset preparation and technical specifications
- Ability to maintain cross-platform visual consistency across web, social, and presentation materials
- Strong sense of modern UI trends, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or higher)
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote freelance setup
- Portfolio with relevant web/UI design work is required for consideration
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting landing pages, one-pagers, and marketing websites based on briefs, drafts, or textual inputs
- Translate brand assets into structured, responsive web layouts optimized for modern digital experiences
- Build scalable design components and layouts using Figma, ensuring consistency across all screens and formats
- Prepare production-ready design files, including asset export, structured Figma organization, and developer-ready specifications
- Ensure visual consistency across web pages, social media materials, and other digital touchpoints
- Apply layout quality standards, including responsiveness, spacing, readability, and alignment with current design trends
- Collaborate within a hybrid AI-assisted workflow, refining outputs into polished, production-ready deliverables
