Requirements

Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Professional specializing in U.S. law
Strong understanding of U.S. legal terminology, documentation, and writing standards
Experience with legal research, document review, or compliance drafting
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently on web-based platforms
Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies (preferred)

Responsibilities

Review & Evaluate: Assess AI-generated legal documents, briefs, and responses for accuracy, clarity, and overall quality

Apply Legal Standards: Evaluate content using key dimensions such as terminological precision, syntactic accuracy, formal legal tone and style, logical structure and coherence of arguments
Perform Structured Assessments: Complete evaluation tasks (e.g., true/false, rankings, rubric-based scoring)
Provide Expert Insight: Identify weaknesses in AI-generated content and contribute to improving evaluation criteria
