Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in at least one U.S. state.
Willingness to join as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Current or obtainable DEA registration.
Medical Malpractice Insurance.
NPI Number.
CAQH registration.
Proficiency with telehealth technology.
Proficiency with electronic health records.
Ability to work independently, as no direct supervision will be provided.

Responsibilities
