Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or readiness to learn quickly
  • Understanding of SRE fundamentals: SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems
  • Ability to write scripts/CLIs in Go/Python against REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency)
  • Ability to export data to a database (Go preferred)
  • Experience with Jira Service Management API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, SLA/escalations
  • Basic GCP knowledge: deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions, BigQuery
  • Strong autonomy and proactivity
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Communication skills (English B2+)
  • Experience with Google Cloud (GCF) (nice to have)
  • Experience in fintech (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes components (nice to have)
