Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or readiness to learn quickly
- Understanding of SRE fundamentals: SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems
- Ability to write scripts/CLIs in Go/Python against REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency)
- Ability to export data to a database (Go preferred)
- Experience with Jira Service Management API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, SLA/escalations
- Basic GCP knowledge: deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions, BigQuery
- Strong autonomy and proactivity
- Strong teamwork skills
- Communication skills (English B2+)
- Experience with Google Cloud (GCF) (nice to have)
- Experience in fintech (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes components (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Participate in incident recording and resolution
- Own tasks end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Identify bottlenecks
- Run war-rooms
- Facilitate meetings with engineering leads and product managers
