Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing with a strong focus on services categories (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Consulting/Professional Services, BPO, Managed Services, Training, or other indirect services)
  • Experience of applying a category management approach, particularly within IT categories
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex technology agreements
  • Experience leading complex sourcing events (RFx) and analyzing results
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing geographically dispersed or global teams
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic sourcing and negotiation expertise across key services categories (HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Consulting, Professional Services, BPO, Managed Services, Training and Learning, and other indirect services).
  • Plan and lead negotiation strategies for moderate to high-value sourcing events (RFx) and complex contract negotiations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service levels, and performance standards to support business goals, budget targets, and risk management objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring sourcing solutions meet operational, financial, compliance, and risk requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, supplier landscapes, and evolving business needs in services categories.
  • Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier performance aligns with contractual obligations and service expectations.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with Finance, Legal, and Procurement policies and procedures.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding and supplier management processes for services vendors.
  • Lead or support periodic business reviews with key services providers to assess capabilities, financial stability, innovation opportunities, and ongoing performance.
  • Lead and develop members of the Services Procurement team, fostering a service-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
