Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing with a strong focus on services categories (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Consulting/Professional Services, BPO, Managed Services, Training, or other indirect services)
- Experience of applying a category management approach, particularly within IT categories
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex technology agreements
- Experience leading complex sourcing events (RFx) and analyzing results
- Proven leadership experience, including managing geographically dispersed or global teams
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic sourcing and negotiation expertise across key services categories (HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Consulting, Professional Services, BPO, Managed Services, Training and Learning, and other indirect services).
- Plan and lead negotiation strategies for moderate to high-value sourcing events (RFx) and complex contract negotiations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service levels, and performance standards to support business goals, budget targets, and risk management objectives.
- Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring sourcing solutions meet operational, financial, compliance, and risk requirements.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, supplier landscapes, and evolving business needs in services categories.
- Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier performance aligns with contractual obligations and service expectations.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Finance, Legal, and Procurement policies and procedures.
- Oversee supplier onboarding and supplier management processes for services vendors.
- Lead or support periodic business reviews with key services providers to assess capabilities, financial stability, innovation opportunities, and ongoing performance.
- Lead and develop members of the Services Procurement team, fostering a service-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
