Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, consulting, strategy, market research, regulatory affairs, or commercial roles within healthcare, beauty, or medical aesthetics.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one priority market: South Korea, Thailand, or China.
  • Experience with healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, skincare, wellness, or beauty sectors preferred.
  • Familiarity with leading global and regional medical aesthetics companies such as Merz, Galderma, Allergan/AbbVie, Hugel, Classys, Bloomage, and similar players is a plus.
  • Strong desk research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and presentations.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet recurring quarterly deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and at least one relevant local language (Korean, Thai, Mandarin, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor competitor activity across the medical aesthetics landscape, including injectables, fillers, toxins, devices, skincare, and adjacent categories.
  • Track product launches, approvals, pipeline developments, pricing changes, and promotional activity.
  • Research regulatory developments across the primary focus markets of South Korea, Thailand, and China.
  • Analyze partnerships, channel developments, physician engagement programs, and market expansion activity.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research using public sources, industry databases, interviews, and local market intelligence where relevant.
  • Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and strategic risks across the region.
  • Prepare quarterly market intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Translate complex market and regulatory developments into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects such as competitor benchmarking, market entry assessments, and portfolio reviews.
