Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience covering both mobile apps and complex B2B web applications (enterprise platforms or operational tools)
- Deep design systems work — contributed to or co-owned component libraries, tokens, and documentation
- Figma expert — auto layout, prototyping, variables, components, wireframing, developer handoff
- Strong user-centered design foundation — research methods, standard UCD processes, translating insights into intuitive experiences
- Systems thinking — ability to see a project's larger ecosystem and focus on solutions that improve entire user flows
- Ability to distill complexity into simple, intuitive solutions
- Self-driven, self-correcting, results-oriented — comfortable in a fast-paced async environment
- Excellent communication skills — async collaboration, storytelling, presenting design rationale
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX for the EV driver mobile apps (iOS, Android), responsive web, and the complex B2B web platform
- Shape the visual language and interaction patterns across both surfaces for cohesiveness
- Co-own the mobile layer of the design system - patterns, components, tokens, guidelines
- Build production-ready components inside the emerging design system
- Partner with product managers on user scenarios, stories, and priorities
- Work with engineers and QA through implementation, providing guidance as designs are built
- Prototype across the fidelity spectrum - from quick sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity interactive flows
- Iterate based on user feedback, testing results, and post-launch insights
- Advocate for accessibility - push the team to prioritize accessible features and standards
