Requirements
- 2+ years of experience administering billing systems such as Zuora, Stripe, or similar subscription platforms
- Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts including pricing models, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition
- Experience building integrations between billing systems, Salesforce, and internal tools or applications
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware/automation tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft)
- Strong analytical and business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and solution design
- Experience supporting financial operations such as billing cycles, reconciliations, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in complex system environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, administration, and optimization of billing platforms including Zuora and Stripe
- Manage subscription lifecycle processes including pricing, invoicing, payments, and revenue workflows
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across billing systems, supporting financial reporting and month-end close activities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between billing platforms, Salesforce, and internal applications
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data or integration discrepancies
- Manage environments, system configurations, and user access across multiple operational teams
- Drive automation and process optimization using tools such as Workato to streamline billing operations
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to support system enhancements, migrations, and scalable solutions
