Requirements

  • College degree with strong academic credentials
  • AML/CFT compliance experience or related FinTech or financial services experience (especially B2B2C) helpful but not required
  • Hardworking and driven
  • Strong time management skills and ability to execute tasks within tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues across regions and business units
  • Ability to multi-task effectively maintain attention detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skill
  • Familiarity with various automated KYC/KYB solutions a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the formal identity verification of individuals and entity customers
  • Support the initial review of identifying documentation for validity and using other sources to verify supplied information/documents
  • Support the development of risk ratings and profiles for partner customers and shared end customers
  • Assist the Performance of client due diligence and KYC/KYB screening on new customers
  • Support the preparation of KYC/KYB packages and new onboarding requests
  • Assist the handling of watch list filtering and negative news alerts
  • Conducts research via online tools to identify applicant entities and beneficial owners
  • Identify potential KYC concerns and escalate to more senior team members or the Manager
  • Support the KYC processing of new clients forms and maintaining of reference databases
  • Assist team members in conducting KYC due diligence searches and performing reviews for new customers of zerohash and its affiliates
  • Assist team members in conducting reviews of partner customers and shared end customers
  • Assist in responding to requests for information regarding appropriate KYC documentation
  • Identify potential areas for improved processing and automation of manual processes
  • Escalate to more senior team members information on clients identified as High Risk
  • Accurately establish with more senior team members the risk assessments of existing clients, resolving issues where appropriate
  • Assist in the development and improvement of policies and procedures for the team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and reviews as needed
