Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a product leader
  • 3+ years building and leading PM teams
  • Salesforce native expertise (metadata, deployment, governor limits)
  • Experience shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products
  • Ability to paint a 5-year strategic picture and ship products quickly
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for various audiences
  • Ability to attract and champion talent
  • Deep fluency in Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and modern developer workflows (bonus)
  • Experience with backup, archival, sandbox seeding, and data masking at enterprise scale (bonus)
  • Battle-tested in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR) (bonus)
  • A point of view on how AI will reshape the Salesforce admin and developer experience (bonus)
  • Salesforce certifications, an engineering background, or an MBA (bonus)

  • Win the category: Outthink and outmaneuver competitors by knowing the market deeper than anyone else.
