Responsibilities
- Contribute to an upcoming AI project
- Shape how AI interprets and supports clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery
- Be matched to AI initiatives based on experience and subspecialty
- Collaborate with AI researchers to review, label, evaluate, and improve AI systems
- Bring clinical expertise to the development of a high-quality clinical evaluation benchmark
- Perform synthetic patient persona validation
- Conduct transcript realism and voice adherence review
- Perform medical rubric development
- Perform LLM response evaluation
- Complete all work asynchronously through a dedicated labeling platform using clinical judgment
