- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a distributed team environment
- Commitment of 10 hours per week minimum
Responsibilities
- Participate in upcoming AI project
- Shape how AI understands and augments real-world clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery
- Review, label, evaluate, and refine AI systems
- Apply clinical expertise to build a high-quality clinical evaluation benchmark
- Perform synthetic patient persona validation
- Conduct transcript realism and voice adherence review
- Develop medical rubrics
- Evaluate LLM responses
