Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing roles
  • Proven experience owning and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and translate insights into action
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and creative teams in complex organizations
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present performance insights to executive audiences
  • Builder mindset with a track record of improving processes, systems, and campaign performance over time
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and high accountability
  • Experience using or integrating AI tools in marketing workflows is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute integrated campaign strategies across brand, demand generation, product launches, and events for a key segment
  • Own end-to-end demand generation performance, including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI optimization
  • Build scalable campaign frameworks, playbooks, and templates to improve execution efficiency and leverage AI-driven marketing tools
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to design launch strategies and ensure alignment between messaging and demand generation efforts
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams on lead routing, follow-up processes, and continuous feedback loops to improve conversion outcomes
  • Own the campaign calendar and budget, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources and performance accountability
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for priority verticals, from design to execution and optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix based on data-driven insights
