Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering
- 3+ years on data infrastructure or platform engineering
- Experience with Spark or dbt for data pipelines
- Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks for data management
- Experience with Dagster or Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Expert SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python
- Ability to independently navigate complex, unfamiliar systems to identify and fix difficult bugs
- Proactive, consistent, and effective communication with cross-functional teammates and stakeholders
- Self-starter who can carry multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines
- Champion of using automation tools and AI-driven solutions
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and improve scalable data pipelines for Antenna’s Subscriber Views product
- Proactively identify failures, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Develop a deep understanding of Antenna's core data models
- Collaborate effectively with Data Operations and Data Science teams
- Partner with Data Science and Data Operations teams to maintain trusted and usable datasets
- Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Document, simplify, and explain complex problems to diverse audiences
- Establish best practices to develop specialized datasets for analytics and modeling
