Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in AMP script
  • Proficiency in Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
  • Proficiency in SQL for advanced data segmentation and content development
  • Expertise in HTML
  • Expertise in CSS for email templates and responsive design
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration approaches
  • Background in Marketing Cloud Connect for Salesforce CRM integration
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Studios, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder
  • Understanding of email deliverability, compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and best practices
  • Experience with Sales Cloud data architecture and relational database management
  • Capability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and deliver projects on time
  • English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

Responsibilities

  • Implement email templates, landing pages, and web forms using HTML, CSS, AMP script, and SSJS based on UX guidelines from Figma design files
  • Develop and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder for tailored, multi-channel communications
  • Leverage AMP script and SQL to create dynamic content and personalization strategies
  • Build and enhance data segmentation and triggered sends using Automation Studio
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and optimize marketing strategies across Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs
  • Monitor and enhance email deliverability and compliance with best practices and regulations
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in Marketing Cloud implementations
  • Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring innovative solutions for business needs
