Job Details

Experience in Salesforce and Force.com platform development with 3+ years
Proficiency in Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce development
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Understanding of CI/CD processes and REST API integrations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Salesforce Developer certification such as Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder
Experience working with Salesforce CPQ
Solid knowledge of Salesforce Flows and their limitations
Experience working in Agile environments and pair programming
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

Develop solutions using Salesforce Primary Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
Collaborate with scrum teams to address challenges of continuous delivery
Work with internal stakeholders and product managers to gather and understand requirements
Design and implement Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce applications
Ensure adherence to development best practices and quality standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies including pair programming and code reviews
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and integration processes
Analyze and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce implementations
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success
Stay updated with Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend improvements
Document technical specifications and solutions
Support deployment and release management using tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Team City, and Octopus
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the development community
