Experience with modern VoIP platforms and hosted PBX systems

Responsibilities

Architect and implement voice systems (IP telephony, UC, and contact center solutions)
Configure and maintain telephony infrastructure
Maintain and optimize voice network infrastructure
Monitor system performance and evaluate system capacity
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues impacting call quality, connectivity, etc.
Implement and support security best practices to safeguard systems and data
Assist with planning for scalability and enhancements
