Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of our commerce experiences, including checkout flows, payment systems, and fraud prevention
- Dig deep with research to uncover what users really need and help answer, "What should we build?"
- Speak up for the user while keeping business goals in mind
- Own your work from idea to launch
- Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion
- Keep everyone in the loop with clear goals, good storytelling, and strong teamwork
- Check what's working (and what's not) to make better, more user-friendly products
- Partner with engineering to integrate new payment methods and deepen our Stripe integration capabilities
- Join a culture that encourages sharing work early and often with fellow designers and cross-functional partners
