Job Details

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years’)
Hands-on Oracle APEX development experience (5+ years)
Experience PL/SQL and SQL tuning
Experience Oracle Database architecture
Experience leading large-scale migration or modernization initiatives
Proven experience in technical leadership or architect roles
Experience with databases and data modeling (SQL, NoSQL)
Proficiency in API development and integration (REST, SOAP, microservices)
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
Expertise in agile development methodologies
Experience with enterprise systems integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience guiding and supporting other developers
Experience working with Oracle Forms & Reports (preferred)

Lead technical projects and support the planning, research, analysis and testing phases of systems development.
Conduct research into leading-edge features and enhancements and make recommendations to management on strategic technology decisions.
Architect and deliver scalable Oracle APEX solutions.
Drive the migration of legacy Oracle Forms & Reports to modern, high-performance platforms.
Define technical strategy, establish best practices, and ensure secure, robust solutions across enterprise systems and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Mentor developers and drive continuous improvement in development standards and delivery excellence.
Own the full software development lifecycle—from requirements and design through deployment and optimization.
