- Experience with analytics (plus)
- Experience with information security tools (CSPM, CWPP, security scoring, GRC, vulnerability scanning) (plus)
Responsibilities
- Help Tenchi clients understand product features and best practices for reducing cyber risk in cloud environments.
- Ensure successful adoption of the product integrated into client's third-party risk management process.
- Perform routine operations to meet client requests and generate insights for automation.
- Diagnose product-related issues and work with technical support and engineering teams to resolve client issues.
- Monitor the health of client environments and collaborate to drive product adoption.
- Work with the product team by providing customer feedback and offering insights for improvements.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify needs and assist them in achieving cybersecurity objectives.
- Track and report key metrics such as client satisfaction, product usage, and retention.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-facing resources.
