- Successful candidates must have a proven product management track record of delivering significant transformational value to customers
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Experience within the realms of B2B software (bonus points for club management software)
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams
- Driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience
- A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles
- Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
- Experience with market research tools and techniques
Responsibilities
- Lead core tee sheet product for the Golf team
- Be responsible for overall team product direction and strategy
- Collaborate frequently with customers and internal teams to help shape priorities and build the roadmap
- Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives
- Gather insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction
- Create easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members
- Drive implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap
- Contribute and evaluate new product concepts for consideration in future roadmap plans
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches
- Define and report on product success
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Become the Product SME for the product offerings you own
