Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, or analytics consulting
- 2+ years of experience leading technical delivery and managing analytics projects or teams
- Strong expertise in at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, or Python
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks is a strong plus
- Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Strong consulting and client management skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to independently lead projects, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business impact through data
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end data analytics projects, including dashboarding, automation, data applications, and analytics platform solutions
- Build analytics products and solutions using best practices in data visualization, analytics engineering, and process automation
- Manage and guide small consulting teams (typically 1–3 members) through project execution and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical functions to define scope, prioritize requirements, and ensure project alignment
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver insights that drive measurable value
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, solution design, and proposal development
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth and client relationship expansion
- Lead internal initiatives to improve delivery processes, methodologies, and analytics best practices
- Provide training and enablement to client teams to support adoption of analytics tools and solutions
