Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Experience in the insurance or financial sector
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform
  • Experience with ClaimCenter
  • Experience with BillingCenter
  • Solid understanding of insurance processes
  • Knowledge of BPMN or other business process modeling techniques
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with Confluence
  • Experience with Enterprise Architect
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in Agile project environments
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English (min. B2+ / C1)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Analyze and document business requirements related to the core insurance platform (Guidewire)
  • Translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of ClaimCenter and BillingCenter
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts
  • Prepare functional documentation, business process models, and system specifications
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and IT
