Requirements
- 4+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in the insurance or financial sector
- Strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform
- Experience with ClaimCenter
- Experience with BillingCenter
- Solid understanding of insurance processes
- Knowledge of BPMN or other business process modeling techniques
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience with Enterprise Architect
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Strong analytical thinking
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English (min. B2+ / C1)
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Analyze and document business requirements related to the core insurance platform (Guidewire)
- Translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of ClaimCenter and BillingCenter
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts
- Prepare functional documentation, business process models, and system specifications
- Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and IT
