Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience focused on web-based products or digital experiences.
- 2+ years of experience managing or formally leading a team of product managers.
- Proven ability to translate strategic direction into clear, executable product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, UX principles, and product development lifecycles.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams in complex environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using experimentation, analytics, and A/B testing to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS environments or integrated marketing-driven web programs is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers and producers, supporting their development and delivery effectiveness.
- Translate high-level product and brand strategy into actionable web roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of web experience improvements across design, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, requirements, and success metrics for web initiatives.
- Drive optimization of user journeys through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
- Ensure clarity of roadmap priorities, delivery timelines, and communication across teams and leadership.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and improve engagement, conversion, and user experience.
- Oversee alignment between web initiatives and broader marketing and product strategies.
