- Oversee the global engineering organization, providing strategic direction and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Scale engineering teams across diverse regions to impact the evolution of innovative cloud-based solutions.
- Champion technical excellence and operational efficiency while building a cohesive team.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-country engineering organization (USA, LATAM, India).
- Design and manage a multi-level management structure, mentoring Directors and Engineering Managers.
- Own and scale the hiring engine, establishing systems for evaluating technical depth and cultural fit.
- Build a culture of continuous growth and accountability with clear performance standards.
- Implement and refine CI/CD practices and security standards across global teams.
- Drive ongoing improvement in product development and technical alignment across teams.
