Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, DevOps, platform engineering, or technical consulting
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef
- Experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong understanding of Git, version control workflows, and modern software delivery practices
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical services (installations, migrations, training, advisory)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical execution across engagements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI preferred depending on assignment requirements)
- Experience with DevSecOps platforms or enterprise software deployment is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end professional services engagements, guiding customers through installation, migration, training, and advisory services
- Ensure successful adoption of complex platforms
- Design and implement scalable deployment architectures using infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code solutions
- Support migration efforts from legacy systems to modern environments
- Lead technical delivery of installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements for enterprise customers
- Act as a technical advisor translating customer needs into actionable implementation plans
- Collaborate with project and engagement managers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Interface with internal engineering and product teams to resolve technical blockers and improve solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across engagements
