Requirements

- At least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP or senior Director level)
- Proven experience leading and scaling large, distributed engineering organizations across multiple geographies
- Strong background managing engineering teams in India and Latin America
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or highly configurable software platforms with systems integration and professional services components
- Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems
- Deep understanding of web technologies such as TypeScript and React
- Demonstrated ability to align engineering execution with product strategy and business outcomes in complex environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to influence executives and inspire engineering teams
- Experience guiding organizations through rapid growth, transformation, and scaling phases
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Startup or high-growth company experience with an agile, adaptable mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a global engineering organization across the United States, India, and Latin America
- Design and evolve a multi-layered engineering structure, mentoring directors and engineering managers
- Build and scale hiring systems to attract and retain top engineering talent
- Establish strong talent development frameworks, including performance management, career progression paths, and leadership coaching
- Drive operational excellence through robust CI/CD pipelines, security practices, and performance monitoring
- Champion engineering efficiency by promoting continuous improvement practices, including adoption of modern AI-enabled development tools
- Ensure strong technical alignment across engineering, architecture, product, and executive stakeholders on system design and roadmap priorities
- Maintain high standards of execution, delivery quality, and organizational scalability
