- Comfort with G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Interest in building skills in client management, copywriting, production, testing, and reporting
- Commitment to learning, collaboration, and contributing to a positive team culture
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, proofread and fact-check fundraising, cultivation, and advocacy emails for clients
- Help shape and maintain each client’s unique voice and brand in digital content
- Build emails and donation pages in platforms like ActBlue, NGP, EveryAction, ActionKit, ActionNetwork, and other CRMs
- Engage in testing, targeting, and deliverability best practices to strengthen results
- Support reporting and analysis of email performance, preparing client-ready and internal memos when needed
- Brainstorm creative ideas and draft rapid-response emails tied to breaking news
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and paid media/content teams to deliver integrated campaign programs and brainstorm strategies
- Use, evaluate, and provide feedback on new digital tools and emerging technologies being tested by Authentic to improve programs and workflows
- Provide coverage on client accounts when needed and contribute to overall team success
- Perform other duties as needed
