Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst in an industry setting
- Currently working in the field or with hands-on data analysis experience within the last 2 years
- Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced)
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Working knowledge of statistical concepts (distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, A/B testing)
- Demonstrated practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot) in real analyst workflows
- Proficiency with screen recording and video editing software (Camtasia, Loom, OBS Studio, ScreenFlow)
- Comfortable with voiceover narration or on-camera delivery
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials, including written assets, step-by-step walkthroughs, and recorded video demos
- Review task scenarios for authenticity and accuracy, ensuring they reflect real-world analyst practice
- Identify opportunities where AI tools enhance analyst workflows
- Assess skills alignment, evaluating whether course content covers what learners genuinely need
- Record and edit instructional videos and software demo walkthroughs; deliver publish-ready video files
