- Experience creating & maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS
- Experience creating e-marketing campaigns
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates who are currently active legal process servers or interested in gig work
- Work with sourcing team for high volume outreach to candidates
- Explain roles & responsibilities of the job to candidates
- Conduct continuous recruiting and outreach throughout the US
- Execute strategies based on market trends
- Generate leads by conducting high-volume outreach activities (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns)
- Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates
- Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires and pipelines
