Requirements
- Proven experience building AI-powered products (conversational UIs, agentic systems, or LLM applications)
- Strong Full-Stack skills
- Deep AI/ML Tooling knowledge: expert-level familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a new AI-powered product, from initial architecture to production-ready code.
- Design and build sophisticated conversational experiences and agentic workflows that solve real shopper needs.
- Own the full-stack lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between LLM capabilities, backend logic, and frontend interfaces.
- Set the bar for AI engineering standards, including RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and model orchestration.
- Shape the future team by participating in hiring and mentoring as the project expands.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to influence product strategy and technical roadmap.
- Implement "AI-first" development workflows, leveraging tools like Claude Code to accelerate delivery.
