Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript (Node.js)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, Step Functions, EventBridge, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CDK
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Bamboo
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience working with NoSQL databases
- Ability to develop and maintain Java services
- Understanding of data validation, error handling, and pipeline orchestration
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks (Auth0, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment and understanding Lean-Agile principles
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using TypeScript (Node.js) and serverless architecture patterns
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using AWS Lambda, S3, PostgreSQL, and Step Functions
- Implement infrastructure as code using AWS CDK
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage deployments via CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Bamboo)
- Use AWS SDKs to integrate AWS services within application code
- Develop and maintain Java-based services where required (approximately 20% of the role)
- Work with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB, as well as relational databases
- Ensure robust data validation, error handling, and orchestration in pipelines
- Document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger for seamless front-end/back-end integration
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (Auth0 or similar solutions)
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams
