Requirements
- Deep expertise in React

- Deep expertise in TypeScript
- Deep expertise in modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules)
- Strong experience with headless CMS, particularly Sanity.io
- Experience with GROQ/GraphQL
- Experience with migrations from platforms like WordPress or AEM
- Solid understanding of state management solutions (Zustand, Redux, or XState)
- Solid understanding of front-end testing frameworks
- Proven experience leading distributed teams within Agile/SCRUM environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of high-fidelity UI, including animations and business logic using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Architect and integrate headless CMS solutions, ensuring seamless content delivery and authoring experience
- Build and maintain scalable Design Systems following Atomic Design principles using Storybook
- Mentor and guide front-end engineers, ensuring code quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), and performance standards
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to ensure feasibility and pixel-perfect execution
