Requirements

- Experience gathering requirements and converting business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Proficiency with Figma and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or interface concepts.
- Strong understanding of user journey mapping, workflow analysis, and usability principles.
- Experience working with design systems, symbol libraries, or component-based UI frameworks.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and hidden dependencies across systems.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with strong documentation abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven, and evolving environments.
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements, customer feedback, and internal needs into clear product specifications.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation for development teams.
- Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Define system logic, edge cases, dependencies, and process flows to ensure robust product functionality.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and product screens using modern design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to research, validate, and prioritize new features.
- Ensure product decisions align with business goals, scalability needs, and user expectations.
- Document design standards and implementation guidelines to support accurate delivery.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in processes or product flows, proposing practical solutions.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.
