- Solid understanding of version control
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of testing practices
- Ideally previous experience on fintech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in agile environments
- Background in mentoring or coaching engineers
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines
- Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture
- Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively
