- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS
- Proficiency with Git
- Familiarity with Jira
- Familiarity with Confluence
- Strong experience working with Agile teams
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Developing high-quality, maintainable source code, including tests and documentation
- Collaborating with the team during Product Increment Planning and contributing to the recruitment of new team members
- Addressing technical blockers and risks to ensure smooth development processes
- Contributing to the definition of short, medium, and long-term development goals and strategies
- Adhering to and helping establish quality criteria (e.g., unit tests, code styling, code organization)
- Participating in peer reviews for pull requests, architectural decisions, and process improvements
- Sharing knowledge with other team members about components, architecture, and best practices
