- Strong experience with Microsoft Approvals (Teams)
- Strong ability to independently analyze business processes
- Ability to translate business processes into efficient technical architectures
- Practical experience in rolling out solutions to production environments
- Experience managing application lifecycles
- Experience in building/consuming REST APIs
- Experience working with various data sources (SQL, SharePoint)
- English at a C1 level

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new applications and enhancements for the Power Platform
- Transform manual workflows into centralized, automated solutions
- Work closely with business owners to translate their vision into technical requirements
- Map out complex approval gateways and process logic
- Provide L2/L3 support for existing enterprise tools
- Drive continuous improvement for existing enterprise tools
- Perform incident triage, bug fixing, and root cause analysis for existing tools
- Build and maintain connectors
- Consume REST APIs (including auth/auth)
- Integrate the platform with M365, SharePoint, SQL, and other enterprise systems
- Create technical documentation
- Ensure smooth handovers to internal teams
