Experience with Engineering/software development within a Platform group (bonus)
Experience working in a cloud environment (bonus)
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Crossplane (bonus)
Familiarity with Kubernetes administration (bonus)
Experience/Interest in implementing, integrating, and maintaining observability systems and processes (bonus)

Help internal engineers release software onto infrastructure securely and measurably
Lead automation of release processes, including CI/CD and bootstrapping
Assist internal engineering teams with 'golden path' techniques and edge cases
Contribute to setting the squad's roadmap and choosing focus areas
Maintain, improve, and extend the existing Internal Engineering Platform (IEP)
Design, compare, and choose appropriate solutions for various platform needs
Develop and maintain the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP)
Manage and develop the CI/CD platform
Automate build, release, and deployment processes
Manage application configuration tooling
Automate 'up to date' software processes
Manage artefact processes
Work with diverse internal teams (application development, security) to support requirements
Participate in an on-call rotation to support Platform tooling
