Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for client and employee retention.
  • Set goals for every client engagement in their pod.
  • Ensure best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
  • Understand moments of approval and support strategists in earning a 'yes' for campaigns.
  • Ensure roadblocks are part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists and establish action plans to remove them.
  • Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear and concise communication and expectation setting.
  • Achieve NSM Attainment: 100%.
  • Achieve CSAT: 4.2+.
  • Achieve Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1).
