Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a reporting support, administrative, or MIS-related role
  • Experience preferably within a BPO or service-oriented environment
  • Strong command of GSuite
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Google Slides
  • Experience creating and formatting polished Google Slides presentations
  • C1-level English proficiency with impeccable grammar and writing skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency in formatting and organizing documents
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Able to work independently while consistently managing recurring deliverables
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and working under tight timelines
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collect and consolidate operational data provided by various departments
  • Input data into Google Sheets and Excel-based templates with a high degree of precision
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly performance trackers
  • Create and format Google Slides or PowerPoint decks using provided content
  • Ensure consistent formatting, structure, and branding across all reports and presentations
  • Organize and archive reports and decks systematically for easy access and retrieval
  • Assist in preparing documentation and summaries for both internal and client-facing reports
  • Support other administrative tasks related to reporting and data coordination
  • Meet all deadlines for recurring and ad hoc reporting tasks
