Requirements
- 1–2 years in a reporting support, administrative, or MIS-related role
- Experience preferably within a BPO or service-oriented environment
- Strong command of GSuite
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Google Slides
- Experience creating and formatting polished Google Slides presentations
- C1-level English proficiency with impeccable grammar and writing skills
- High attention to detail and consistency in formatting and organizing documents
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Able to work independently while consistently managing recurring deliverables
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and working under tight timelines
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate operational data provided by various departments
- Input data into Google Sheets and Excel-based templates with a high degree of precision
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly performance trackers
- Create and format Google Slides or PowerPoint decks using provided content
- Ensure consistent formatting, structure, and branding across all reports and presentations
- Organize and archive reports and decks systematically for easy access and retrieval
- Assist in preparing documentation and summaries for both internal and client-facing reports
- Support other administrative tasks related to reporting and data coordination
- Meet all deadlines for recurring and ad hoc reporting tasks
