Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables, collaborating with development and/or data teams.
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects with external clients and multiple parallel workstreams.
- Strong experience leading and coaching team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- High level of proactivity, autonomy, and self-starter mindset.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong adaptability to changing priorities, project requirements, and stakeholder needs.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid understanding of Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience acting as a Product Owner and/or Agile Coach is a strong plus.
- Experience leading GenAI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering projects is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of cross-functional technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Define project strategies, understand complex business contexts, and drive delivery in fast-paced environments with evolving scopes and priorities.
- Oversee the successful execution and delivery of project objectives across client engagements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, forecasts, and status reports.
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives.
- Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and issues, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
- Communicate project status regularly, manage expectations, and hold stakeholders accountable for agreed deadlines and deliverables.
- Proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure high quality of delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder readouts as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with, mentor, and coach other project managers, contributing to continuous improvement of delivery and agile practices.
