- Experience with Verbatim transcriptions
- Experience in data labeling and data classification
- Grading and evaluation of linguistic content
- Ability to meet deadlines and daily KPIs
- Ability to understand and implement feedback
- Ability to follow guidelines
- Speed and accuracy
- Grammar, punctuations, and spelling proficiency in Swedish
- Technology proficient
- Adaptive
- Research skills
- Fully proficient in Swedish
- Commitment and Confidentiality
- Good command of English to understand guidelines and to work as part of an international virtual team
- High level of independence, adaptation, and attention to detail
- Availability to work remotely
- Quick to understand and implement feedback

- Have either a Windows or a Mac computer (all versions of OSs, XP, Win7/8 are OK)

- Create written records of audio files
- Data classification and data labeling according to defined criteria
- Grading of linguistic content
- Learn to utilize required transcription software
