Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD
- Proven experience working with SAP environments (on-premise and/or cloud-based)
- Experience building reusable CI/CD templates, shared libraries, or pipeline frameworks
- Solid understanding of VMware-based infrastructure in on-prem environments
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles and automation practices
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional technical teams
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to define clear technical standards
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Debugging abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines in GitLab with a strong focus on SAP-based environments
- Develop and standardize reusable pipeline templates, modules, and automation components
- Automate deployment, release, and system remediation processes to improve efficiency and reliability
- Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security, compliance, and quality controls into CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams across VMware, GCP, and Kubernetes environments
- Support the definition and adoption of DevOps standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
- Contribute to system hardening, operational improvements, and platform stability initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and share knowledge within the DevOps and engineering teams
