- Owns numbers; diagnoses performance issues proactively

Responsibilities
- Manage performance, budget allocation and delivery across linear and streaming campaigns to ensure they hit business goals and execute as planned.
- Run, validate and challenge AI-driven buying tools to ensure outputs align with strategy and performance expectations.
- Identify risks, spot anomalies in data inputs and outputs, uncover root causes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and results.
- Surface opportunities to scale spend and improve performance, bringing clear data-backed recommendations to strategy and leadership.
