Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data engineering, or reporting roles
- Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases
- Demonstrated experience working in Snowflake environments
- Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity or Caboodle, or equivalent healthcare data platforms
- Strong familiarity with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and data visualization development
- Experience working within SDLC frameworks
- Experience managing structured data workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SQL-based analysis on large-scale clinical, claims, and operational datasets to support reporting and performance monitoring of care programs.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting solutions and dashboards that enable leadership to track care team performance, outcomes, and operational trends.
- Design and support data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models to ensure reliable and scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Develop, publish, and maintain Tableau data sources and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and generate actionable insights from healthcare datasets.
- Document data processes, reporting logic, and analytical outputs to ensure transparency and consistency across teams.
