Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in banking technology implementations, with strong exposure to core banking systems and enterprise transformation programs
- Extensive hands-on experience with Temenos T24, including end-to-end implementation, upgrade, or migration projects
- Strong functional knowledge of core banking modules such as deposits, lending, payments, treasury, and accounting processes
- Solid understanding of T24 architecture, including TAFJ/TAFC environments and integration methods such as OFS and web services
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate effectively in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale delivery environments
- Experience applying structured project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to operate in client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications such as Temenos or PMP are considered an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end delivery of core banking transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and migration activities across complex enterprise environments
- Drive functional and technical expertise across core banking modules, including deposits, lending, payments, treasury, and accounting, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Manage and contribute to large-scale projects such as core banking modernization, platform upgrades, and digital banking migrations, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams, providing leadership and coordination across technical, functional, and business stakeholders
- Apply structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to ensure consistent governance, execution, and reporting across project phases
- Support integration design and execution, including interfacing methods such as APIs, web services, and banking messaging frameworks
- Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to clients, ensuring best practices are applied across banking system architecture and implementation
