Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation
- Scripting proficiency (preferably Python)
- Experience with Chef or similar configuration management tools
- Experience building and operating Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with security/compliance practices (SOC2, PCI, etc.)
- Experience with Git-based SCM tools (Bitbucket/Git), Jira, Confluence
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ / C1 MANDATORY)
- Previous experience working remotely with US-based teams
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation and Packer
- Manage configuration and provisioning using Chef (bonus: Terraform, Ansible)
- Build automation scripts—preferably in Python—to streamline operational workflows
- Implement and follow DevSecOps standards (SOC2, PCI, etc.) within deployment pipelines
- Manage and integrate tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, AWS
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software delivery and database schema changes
- Support AWS database services (Aurora/RDS/MySQL) as a plus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operations
- Document processes, standards, and playbooks for internal knowledge sharing
